Description
This private house is the perfect choice for a family holiday. Very spacious with 5 bedrooms, comfortable, in a quiet residential area, just 10 min to the city center. The house is well furnished and equipped with everything you need to spend a nice vacation . Near the house you can find some basic services: supermarket, pharmacy, bus.
Outside there is a nice barbecue area by the pool.
In the living room there is a cable tv and wi-fi.
We do not charge extra person summer and new year week.
The house is set in a very calm residential area.
On the ground floor there is living room, dinning room and kitchen in an open space, and are connect to the outside for a lovely garden with a large swimming pool and a barbecue area.
There are 5 bedrooms:
1 Master bedroom with private bathroom located on the ground floor, perfect for those with mobility restrictions, and the direct acesso to the garden.
1 Master Bedroom on the first floor with private bathroom, and access to a Balcony.
1 Bedroom with one couple bed and 2 single beds, and access to the Balcony.

This last 2 bedrooms share a family bathroom.
The Balcony tuns along the 3 bedrooms and it's a perfect place to relax the quite neighborhood and see the views to the mountains.
On the lower ground floor there is one bedroom with 2 couple beds, shower room and the games room.
All rooms are spacious and airy.
The House it's close to transport, supermarket and other basic services.

WOW! That is what I can say about this place. It was great, the ocean, the pool, the outdoor BBQ, the whole house, was just more than I could have asked for. Everything you needed was in the house, and more. It was just my wife and me; we felt like we were in a palace; there was so much space. If you have a big family and want to rent a place, this would be perfect! 100% in my book.

A beautiful seaside home which is very stylish and roomy. It comes fully equipped, the views are amazing and the local town of Santa Cruz is charming. It was for a special birthday treat for my wife and she was delighted. Would recommend highly.

This house is truly outstanding. Right on the ocean with stunning views and amazing facilities. We hope to return next year.
