Please request the higher temperature in advance. The pool takes around 2–3 days to rise to 26 °C or 27 °C, so we need to know before your arrival in order to adjust the heating in time. If requested only on arrival, the water will not be at the higher temperature for the first days of your stay.

Please note that this is a heated swimming pool, not a hot tub or jacuzzi: at 25 °C the water feels mild, and even at the maximum of 27 °C it will feel pleasantly warm, not hot. For comparison, a hot tub is usually 37–40 °C. In autumn and winter, cold or windy weather and rain can make the water feel cooler than the set temperature, especially at the surface. If you are expecting hot-tub-style warm water, the pool will not meet that expectation. We prefer to be upfront about this so there are no surprises on arrival.

You can heat the pool if desired. Pool heating rates are for a minimum of 7 days and the value per week is:
24C - 140€
25C - 175€
26C - 210€

To ensure compliance with the public security regulations in force, this establishment requires guests to complete the Online Check-in through its own channel, which may ask the guest for an image of their identity document and/or a photograph.
