The garage is shared with an office at the back of the house.

Please also note that there are legacy security cameras located outside the villa (at entry points and perimeter walls). These units have been disabled for over 10 years and are strictly non-functional. They are maintained solely as a visual deterrent for property security. These cameras are facing only the street and the car parking area.

When making your reservation, please indicate the correct number of guests; each additional guest after 6 guests has an additional cost per night per person.

Tourist tax to be paid at check-in: €2 for guests aged 13 or older, up to a maximum of €14 per guest. Starts on October 1, 2024

All guests must present an identification document for AIMA. To ensure compliance with the public security regulations in force, this establishment requires guests to complete the Online Check-in through its own channel, which may ask the guest for an image of their identity document and/or a photograph. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. Accordingly, all necessary measures will be taken to prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access.
